Product Description
This system is a factory-installed TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) designed for commercial vehicle OEMs. It is designed and developed in accordance with the automotive-grade AEC-Q100 standard and is compatible with factory-installed projects for tractor trucks and medium- to heavy-duty trucks. The entire system is deeply integrated with the vehicle’s CAN bus. Automotive-grade tire pressure sensors collect tire pressure and temperature data from each tire and transmit it wirelessly to the vehicle’s receiver unit. The data is then fed into the vehicle’s instrument cluster, enabling the display of tire information and fault alerts. It meets the mandatory requirements of China’s national standards for commercial vehicle TPMS, supports OEM DVP&R certification and calibration testing, and is suitable for mass pre-installation on vehicle production lines. This enhances tire safety from the source and mitigates the risk of tire blowouts at high speeds.
- Automotive-Grade Built-in Tire Pressure Sensors
Built-in, pre-installed sensors (either bundled or valve-mounted) are factory-installed on the vehicle to collect tire pressure and temperature data and transmit signals wirelessly. They feature a long service life and high airtightness, meeting the vehicle’s durability testing requirements. - TPMS Receiver Unit (Receiver Gateway)
Receives wireless signals from the sensors, parses data, and diagnoses faults. Outputs CAN signals for integration with the vehicle’s ECU and instrument cluster. - Vehicle Instrument Cluster (Vehicle-Standard)
The OEM instrument cluster displays tire pressure and temperature, as well as fault alert icons and text prompts. - Vehicle CAN Bus
Enables communication and interaction between the TPMS system and the vehicle’s electronic control system. Fault information can be stored in the vehicle’s fault code memory. - Supporting Wiring Harnesses, Mounting Brackets, and Sealing Accessories
Vehicle-grade wiring harnesses resistant to high and low temperatures and vibration, compatible with the vehicle’s chassis pre-installation process.

- Real-time Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring: Monitors tire pressure and temperature for all tires on the vehicle; data is transmitted via CAN to the vehicle’s instrument cluster.
- Integrated Display on Vehicle Instrument Cluster: Displays tire pressure and temperature for each tire on the vehicle’s factory instrument cluster, eliminating the need for an additional standalone display.
- Vehicle-Level Fault Alerts: In the event of abnormal tire pressure, high temperature, air leaks, or sensor failures, the instrument cluster illuminates a fault indicator light and displays a text alert, while simultaneously generating a vehicle-level DTC fault code.
- CAN Bus Data Exchange: TPMS data can be read by the vehicle ECU, integrated into the vehicle diagnostic system, and supports off-line vehicle diagnostics and post-sales fault code retrieval.
- Automatic Sensor Recognition and Position Matching: Supports in-line calibration on the production line, with tire ID binding completed upon vehicle roll-off; supports aftermarket calibration and learning after tire replacement.
- Fault Log Storage: Abnormal alarm events and fault codes are stored locally; aftermarket diagnostic tools can read historical fault information.
- Vehicle-Wide OTA Support (Optional): The receiver unit supports remote firmware updates and is compatible with the OEM’s vehicle-wide OTA system.
- Complete Automotive-Grade Solution: Utilizes AEC-Q100-certified components, meets the OEM’s full DVP&R validation requirements, and complies with commercial vehicle OEM regulatory requirements.
- Deep Integration with Vehicle CAN Bus: Reuses the original instrument cluster without requiring an additional external display, preserving the integrity of the cabin interior.
- Long-Life Automotive-Grade Sensors: Controlled airtightness and a design life matched to the vehicle’s service life, far superior to consumer-grade sensors.
- Compatibility with OEM Assembly Line Processes: Supports mass pre-installation on assembly lines and off-line calibration, meeting mass production and delivery requirements.
- Expandable Trailer Solution: The pre-installed unit in the tractor can be paired with pre-installed sensors on the trailer to enable unified monitoring of both tractor and trailer tires.
- Standardized Diagnostic Interface: Supports fault reading via vehicle diagnostic tools, facilitating the OEM’s after-sales maintenance system.
- Custom Calibration Logic Development Available: Allows for customization of alarm thresholds and fault strategies according to OEM requirements.
- OEM Factory-Installed Systems for Heavy-Duty Trucks and Tractor-Trailers, with TPMS as standard equipment on new vehicles.
- Projects for Medium-Duty Truck Manufacturers, meeting mandatory regulatory installation requirements.
- OEM Factory-Installed Systems for Mining Trucks and Special-Purpose Construction Trucks.
- Vehicle Platform Development for Automakers, for new vehicle announcements and regulatory certification projects.
