Product Description
T09 Truck-Mounted RF433 Sensor With Built-in Air Nozzle Operating Temperature -40 To 125°C
The T09 truck-grade TPMS tire pressure sensor features an integrated valve stem design and utilizes RF433MHz FSK radio frequency communication. Installed inside the tire and integrated into the valve stem, it is suitable for heavy-duty trucks and tractor-trailer combinations. The product complies with commercial vehicle automotive standards and is designed for freight operating conditions such as long-distance heavy-load transport, continuous vibration, and alternating high and low temperatures.
It supports adaptive installation angles to accommodate different rim mounting requirements. The sensor features automatic tire positioning, updating monitoring data with each tire rotation, and supports continuous monitoring even when the vehicle is parked. It collects real-time tire pressure and temperature data and transmits it via a 433 MHz wireless signal to the RF receiver unit, enabling round-the-clock monitoring of commercial vehicle tires. This system provides timely warnings of abnormal tire pressure, effectively preventing tire blowouts during high-speed driving and ensuring the safety of freight vehicles.
The complete tire pressure monitoring system is compatible with multi-wheel heavy-duty trucks and tractor-trailer combinations. Centered around the T09 built-in valve-mounted tire pressure sensor, the system integrates an RF receiver unit, an in-vehicle display terminal, and a main control and warning unit. It can be integrated into the original commercial vehicle chassis without damaging the vehicle's structural integrity. The core components are as follows:
Installed at the valve stem location inside the tire, it features a built-in pressure sensing chip, temperature detection module, acceleration wake-up unit, and an RF 433 MHz FSK radio frequency transmission module. It supports automatic wheel position identification, parking monitoring, and adaptive installation angle adjustment, and collects real-time tire pressure and temperature data for wireless transmission. Equipped with a built-in battery designed for an 8-year lifespan, it withstands high temperatures and continuous severe vibrations inside the tire.
Specifically optimized to address signal shielding caused by long vehicle bodies, multi-axle trailers, and metal frames. Features high-gain signal reception to resist electromagnetic interference from onboard generators and electronic control systems. Supports parallel reception of multiple sensors, enabling data collection from multiple wheel positions on a tractor-trailer combination, thereby reducing data packet loss and latency.
Designed specifically for commercial vehicles, it supports a 24-volt power supply; compatible with both solar power and the vehicle's electrical system; the screen clearly displays tire pressure, temperature, and sensor battery levels; adapted to the installation layout of truck cabs; equipped with a high-brightness display that ensures clear visibility day and night without obstructing the driver's line of sight.
Responsible for data analysis, threshold determination, fault classification, and audible and visual alerts. It incorporates algorithms specifically designed for commercial vehicles and can adapt to heavy-duty operating conditions such as empty loads, full loads, hill climbing, and continuous braking. It accurately identifies abnormal tire conditions and supports system self-diagnosis and fault logging.

- Automatic Wheel Position Detection: Automatically identifies tire positions, eliminating the need for manual, individual wheel binding and simplifying on-site deployment.
- Tire pressure and temperature monitoring data are updated with every tire rotation, dynamically capturing real-time tire conditions.
- Parking Monitoring: Continuously monitors tire pressure while the vehicle is stationary, identifying potential slow air leaks.
- Adaptive Installation Angle: Adapts to different rim angles, offering greater installation flexibility.
- Collects raw sensor data on tire pressure and temperature in real time.
- Transmits monitoring data via 433 MHz FSK wireless communication.
- Supports pairing with an RF receiver unit to enable long-distance signal relay transmission.
- Outputs raw monitoring data to enable the receiver unit to perform anomaly detection and fault identification.
- Integrated valve-mounted design: The sensor is positioned inside the tire cavity with no external protrusions, protecting it from impacts by gravel and providing strong theft resistance—ideal for long-haul freight and semi-trailer fleets. Sensors can be reused during tire removal, installation, and maintenance.
- Automatic wheel position recognition—no manual configuration is required after tire rotation or sensor replacement, resulting in higher deployment efficiency for large fleets.
- Monitoring data is refreshed with every tire rotation, providing dynamic insight into tire conditions; supports parking monitoring, which continues to monitor the tire while the vehicle is parked, enabling early detection of slow leaks.
- Adaptive Installation Angle: Compatible with a wide range of rim specifications, it resolves installation challenges caused by varying rim angles, allowing for greater flexibility during on-site installation.
- Automotive-grade wide-temperature design ensures stable operation from -40 to 125°C, adapting to the extreme temperature differences encountered during long-distance transport across northern and southern regions.
- Pressure measurement accuracy of 0.1 bar provides high monitoring sensitivity, capturing even minor tire pressure changes to issue early warnings of potential hazards.
- The RF433 MHz radio frequency signal offers strong penetration, making it suitable for long-body, multi-axle semi-trailer trucks; it resists shielding from metal frames and ensures stable signal transmission.
