Product Description
This system is a standalone TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) for commercial vehicles. It employs an automotive-grade wireless sensor architecture and is designed for vehicles operating independently—requiring no repeaters or 4G cloud uploads—and focuses on enabling drivers to monitor tire safety conditions in real time locally.
The sensors collect tire pressure and temperature data in real time and transmit it wirelessly to the in-vehicle display, enabling local, visual monitoring of tire pressure and temperature. The product is compatible with a wide range of wheeled construction and freight vehicles, including light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks, mining trucks, front-end loaders, and stackers.
The automotive-grade sensors feature controlled airtightness and service life, and are vibration-resistant, dustproof, and waterproof. They help prevent slow air leaks, tire blowouts, and high-temperature failures, thereby reducing tire wear and driving safety risks. This solution is ideal for customers who do not require a fleet-level remote platform and only need to view tire pressure locally in the cab.
Built-in strap-on, valve-mounted, or adhesive-mounted tire pressure sensors—selected based on the vehicle model's tire structure—collect tire pressure and temperature data and transmit them wirelessly.
Receives wireless signals from the sensors and displays real-time tire pressure and temperature for each tire; features local audible and visual alarms; supports sensor ID binding and customizable tire position settings.
Mounting brackets, power cables, seals, sensor adapters, cable ties, etc.

| Installation Method | Puncture-free or strap-on sensors; display unit mounted in the cab |
Collects real-time data on all tire pressures and temperatures, with the display unit showing information for each tire individually.
The cab display provides audible and visual alerts for abnormal pressure, rapid air loss, excessive tire temperature, sensor disconnection, and low battery levels—no internet connection required.
Supports sensor ID learning and binding; tire position numbers can be freely modified, and re-pairing is required after tire replacement.
Monitors sensor battery levels and signal connectivity in real time, providing early warnings of sensor failure.
Manually set high-pressure, low-pressure, and high-temperature alarm thresholds based on vehicle operating conditions, suitable for the heavy-duty demands of mining trucks and construction machinery.
Saves configurations and alarm records when the vehicle's power is turned off, automatically restoring them when power is restored.
Stands alone without requiring a relay, 4G connection, or cloud platform, resulting in low project costs and no annual platform fees—ideal for standalone users.
A single solution covers light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks, mining trucks, reach stackers, and forklifts, simplifying model selection.
With controlled airtightness and lifespan, they offer superior long-term stability compared to consumer-grade sensors and are designed to withstand heavy loads, rough terrain, and dusty environments.
Sensors are available in multiple forms—strap-on, valve-mounted, and adhesive—to accommodate different tire structures, allowing for convenient tire removal and installation.
Displayed locally in the cab for the driver to view directly, requiring no backend operations and maintenance training.
Operates reliably in environments without public network access, such as mines, factory grounds, and stockpiles.
Simple structure, few components, and fewer potential failure points result in minimal ongoing operations and maintenance workload.
Light-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, long-haul heavy-duty trucks, and single-unit freight trucks that do not require remote fleet management.
Mining dump trucks operating in heavy-load, bumpy, and dusty environments to prevent tire blowouts under heavy loads.
Container handlers and stackers; tire safety monitoring for construction machinery operating within yard areas.
Vehicles used for internal transport within steel mills, cement plants, and large cargo yards.
Users who only require drivers to check tire pressure on-site and do not need remote cloud-based platform monitoring.
