Product Overview

T12 is an automotive-grade internal hybrid BLE TPMS sensor developed for heavy-duty trucks and semi-trailers. The hybrid design combines the advantages of band-mounted and valve-mounted internal TPMS sensors. Installed inside the tire on the wheel rim, it monitors real-time tire pressure and temperature and transmits data via BLE Bluetooth to TPMS display, vehicle gateway or mobile APP. Adopting high-strength fully sealed packaging, it withstands heavy impact, intense vibration and extreme temperature changes during heavy-load transportation. It delivers stable tire safety monitoring to warn of tire blowout, fast air leakage and overheating, suitable for both OEM matching and aftermarket fleet retrofitting.

System Composition

The complete TPMS monitoring system consists of three core parts:

• T12 Internal Hybrid BLE TPMS Sensor: Mounted inside the wheel rim, integrated pressure sensor, temperature sensor, BLE RF module and low-power MCU, responsible for collecting tire pressure & temperature and wireless data transmission.
• Receiving Terminal: Supports TPMS monitor, BLE gateway and vehicle T-BOX for data reception, real-time display and audible & visual alarm.
• Mobile APP Terminal (Optional): Bluetooth connection to check tire working data, historical records and alarm logs.
