Product Overview

Model T10W is a valve-cap external, automotive-grade BLE low-energy Bluetooth TPMS sensor specially designed for commercial trucks. It is directly screwed onto the tire valve stem without tire removal or wheel balancing. Adopting MEMS pressure sensing and BLE5.0 low-power Bluetooth technology, it collects real-time tire pressure and internal tire temperature, and transmits data via Bluetooth to vehicle display terminals, mobile APP or fleet T-BOX. It supports multi-wheel monitoring for heavy trucks and semi-trailers, for preventing tire blowouts, cutting fuel consumption and extending tire service life, complying with automotive-grade reliability requirements.

System Composition

The complete TPMS system consists of 3 parts:

1. T10W External BLE Sensors: Valve-cap style, built-in MEMS pressure chip, temperature sensor, 3-axis accelerometer, BLE Bluetooth SoC, lithium thionyl chloride battery and anti-theft structure. Wakes up while wheels rotating and sleeps when stationary.
2. Receiver Terminal: Optional standalone LCD monitor, Android/iOS mobile APP or vehicle T-BOX gateway. Receives BLE data and displays tire pressure, tire temperature and sensor battery voltage.
3. Fleet Management Platform (Optional): Receives data uploaded by gateway, supports multi-vehicle tire status monitoring, history records, alarm logs and remote fleet maintenance.
