Magnetic BLE Axle Temperature Sensor System
一, Product Overview
The temperature sensor adopts a magnetic mounting method and can be directly attached to the vehicle wheel hub or fender. It is used to collect temperature data at key positions such as the wheel rim and hub, and transmits the data to the host computer via Bluetooth signal.

V. Installation Instructions
Installation Method 1:
1, Preferably mount the sensor on the outer wheel hub;
2, The installation position and effect are shown in the figure below:
3, Precautions:
u If there is thick mud on the mounting position of the wheel hub, use a wire brush to clean off the surface mud; otherwise, the accuracy of temperature monitoring and the magnetic adhesion strength may be affected.
Installation Method 2:
1, If the wheel hub is not flat enough or there is no suitable mounting position, install the product on the inner fender;
2, The installation position and effect are shown in the figure below:
3. Precautions:
u When installing, choose a flat position on the fender. Do not place screws or other objects under the sensor that could prop it up; otherwise, the accuracy of temperature monitoring and the magnetic adhesion strength may be affected.
