Product Overview
T08W-B is an automotive-grade external BLE TPMS sensor specially developed for construction machinery, off-road engineering vehicles and mining vehicles. It adopts valve-cap external installation design, no tire removal, no tyre disassembly required. The sensor continuously collects tire pressure and temperature data and transmits data via BLE Bluetooth to TPMS display, vehicle gateway or mobile APP. Built for heavy vibration, dust, mud and wide temperature fluctuations in construction & mining sites, it prevents tire blowout, rapid air leakage and overheating, ideal for aftermarket retrofit of engineering fleets.
System Composition
The complete TPMS monitoring system consists of three core parts:
- T08W-B External BLE TPMS Sensor: Mounted on tire valve stem, integrated pressure sensor, temperature sensor, BLE module and low-power MCU, responsible for data collection and wireless transmission.
- Receiving Terminal: Supports TPMS monitor, BLE gateway and vehicle T-BOX for data receiving, real-time display and audible & visual alarm.
- Mobile APP Terminal (Optional): Bluetooth connection to check tire data, historical records and alarm logs.
