Product Overview

T04Z-B is an automotive-grade internal sticky-mounted BLE TPMS sensor developed for heavy-duty trucks and semi-trailers. It is adhered onto the inner surface of the tire or rim by high-strength special adhesive, belonging to built-in TPMS solution. The sensor continuously detects real-time tire pressure and temperature, and transmits data via BLE Bluetooth to TPMS display, vehicle BLE gateway or mobile APP. With compact size and excellent shock resistance, it effectively monitors tire working status and provides early warning for tire blowout, rapid air leakage and overheating risk. It is an economical built-in TPMS choice for truck aftermarket retrofitting.

System Composition

The complete TPMS monitoring system consists of three core parts:

• T04Z-B Internal Sticky-mounted BLE TPMS Sensor: Fixed by high-performance adhesive inside tire/rim, integrated pressure sensor, temperature sensor, BLE communication module and low-power MCU for data collection and wireless transmission.
• Receiving Terminal: Supports TPMS monitor, BLE gateway and vehicle T-BOX for data receiving, real-time display and audible & visual alarm.
• Mobile APP Terminal (Optional): Bluetooth connection to check tire data, historical records and alarm logs.
