Product Overview

T03G-B is an automotive-grade internal banded BLE TPMS sensor designed for heavy-duty trucks and semi-trailers. It is fixed inside the tire with a steel band, mounted on the wheel rim instead of screwing on the valve stem. The sensor measures real-time tire pressure and temperature and sends data via BLE Bluetooth to TPMS display, vehicle gateway or mobile APP. With outstanding shock resistance and durability inside the tyre, it reliably monitors tire status and warns of blowout, air leakage and overheating risks. It is the preferred solution for heavy truck OEM and high-demand aftermarket retrofit.

System Composition

The complete TPMS monitoring system consists of three core parts:

• T03G-B Internal Banded BLE TPMS Sensor: Fixed on wheel rim by stainless steel band, integrated pressure sensor, temperature sensor, BLE module and low-power MCU, responsible for data collection and wireless transmission.
• Receiving Terminal: Supports TPMS monitor, BLE gateway and vehicle T-BOX for data receiving, real-time display and audible & visual alarm.
• Mobile APP Terminal (Optional): Bluetooth connection to view tire data, historical records and alarm logs.
